Important notice for former donors and volunteers
The Baytree Centre is publishing this notice for former donors and volunteers whom we could not contact by email about the Beacon CRM data security incident.
- Some historical donor and volunteer records may have been affected.
- Records may include names, postal addresses, telephone numbers, donor or volunteer status, donation history and brief administrative notes. They do not include bank or card details, passwords, financial credentials or government-issued identification numbers.
- Beacon contained the incident and fixed the likely cause. Baytree is not aware of any evidence that the information has been misused.
- As a precaution, remain alert to unexpected communications and do not share personal, financial or security information with anyone who contacts you unexpectedly.
