We are looking for an Into School Coordinator and Tutor to deliver an effective and engaging ESOL focused programme with the support of volunteers that meets both Baytree’s strategic objectives and funder requirements.
At The Baytree Centre we look for staff who will be able to engage with our beneficiaries and inspire them to achieve goals they hadn’t dreamt of by raising their aspirations and motivation. Being inspirational not only with what we teach and how we teach it, but also what we do and how we behave are absolutely fundamental to ensuring that our students want to learn and learn well.
This role will be will be 4 days per week – 20 hours per week.
