Caroline joined The Baytree Centre as CEO in 2010 and retired in 2024. She has now returned to provide maternity cover and strategic leadership to the Centre. During her years leading the Centre, Caroline has championed programs supporting women and girls to thrive and has been instrumental in expanding the Centre’s community impact. Known for her collaborative and compassionate leadership, she is passionate about mentoring and empowering staff to grow.
