Tile painting workshop with Archie Mac London

Last Wednesday our Baytree girls took part in a very special project. Robyn Parker, the artist and designer behind ‘Archie Mac London’, came to Baytree and ran a tile painting workshop for 25 girls, aged 6 to 18, from both the Into School and GEMS programme. Every girl painted a tile each, all of which will be going up on the wall at the new Barrio Bar on Brixton Acre Lane very shortly.

We are so proud of all the amazing tiles the girls drew and are extremely excited to see Baytree commemorated at such social hub in the centre of Brixton.

Thanks Robyn and Barrio Bars for giving our girls the opportunity to be part of this fantastic community project!
