At The Baytree Centre we value the ongoing commitment and contribution of all our volunteers who provide invaluable support towards the delivery of our services. Without their energy, drive and desire to give back to the community the centre would not exist. We are always looking for new volunteers.

Surprising Things About Mentoring
Young Volunteering
We offer exciting volunteering opportunities for girls in Years 10 and above. Young Volunteers give their time to support girls of primary school age, in afterschool clubs at Baytree (4:00 – 5:00 pm or 5:00 – 6:00 pm) and are asked to commit to one hour a week, for 6-10 weeks. Clubs include one-to-one reading, art, maths, literacy, science and coding. Girls and young women are prepared and trained for their volunteering role and supported throughout their journey.
