We offer a wide range of free activities for women (18+) in a safe, all-female space. From physical and mental well-being to career development and money management, there’s something for everyone to explore, learn, and connect with others.

Coaching Programme

Our Social Mobility Programme is a coaching approach based on neuroscience that aims to empower women to realise and fulfil their potential. Focused on long-term goals, our programme is needs-led, individualised and provides support in the following five areas: education, wellbeing, family stability, financial management and employability.

ESOL (ENGLISH Lessons)

• From pre-entry level to level 3
• Literacy class for English speakers with low level literacy skills

Sparklers Club

supports girls in their final term of Year 6 and in year Year 7 with the transition from primary to secondary school; Tuesdays from 4:30 – 5:45 pm  

Junior Spark Club

for girls in years 8-9; Thursdays from 4:30 – 6:00 pm. 

Spark Club

for girls in years 10 and above; Wednesdays from 5:00 -7:00 pm.
