Our Social Mobility Programme is a coaching approach based on neuroscience that aims to empower women to realise and fulfil their potential. We help them to access resources, support networks, develop resilience and ultimately improve their lives and that of their families and community.
This is done through one-to-one mentoring and group sessions. Focused on long-term goals, our programme is needs-led, individualised and provides support in the following five areas: education, wellbeing, family stability, financial management and employability.
We are a proud member of EMPath Network.
