Work with Us

We look for staff who can engage with our users, raising their aspirations and motivation, enabling them to identify and realise their goals. We believe in the power of relationships to create positive change. That’s why we take a relational approach to our work, building strong connections with the women and girls we serve and providing personalised support to help them achieve! This makes Baytree unique in the sector.

We believe in inspirational staff! It’s not just what we teach but how we teach it and how we behave that are fundamental to ensuring that our users succeed.
