Our beneficiaries’ learning is central to the work of The Baytree Centre, but we also believe that for this to happen our staff must be inspirational. Not only what we teach and how we teach it, but also what we do and how we behave are absolutely fundamental to ensuring that our students want to learn and learn well.

Youth Mentoring Coordinator

Youth Mentoring Coordinator will help grow the Youth Mentoring Programme

We are looking for a motivated and efficient person with willingness to develop her skills to join our Youth Service team and provide data management, administration and support programme delivery to the Mentor & Parent Liaison Manager. The Youth Mentoring programme includes up to 120 mentoring relationships annually.

We will be conducting rolling interviews meaning we will invite suitable applicants in for interview as they apply.  Only completed application forms will be accepted – no CV’s or covering letters.  Completed application forms should be emailed to recruitment@baytreecentre.org.uk

Social Mobility Coach

We are recruiting a Social Mobility Coach to join our Women’s Services Team

The coach’s role will be to engage with our adult beneficiaries, supporting them to identify and achieve their aspirations for themselves and for their families. The coach will support beneficiaries both to reach short term goals and to develop the resources, skills and behaviours necessary to make longer term progress.

Sparklers Club

supports girls in their final term of Year 6 and in year Year 7 with the transition from primary to secondary school; Tuesdays from 4:30 – 5:45 pm  

Junior Spark Club

for girls in years 8-9; Thursdays from 4:30 – 6:00 pm. 

Spark Club

for girls in years 10 and above; Wednesdays from 5:00 -7:00 pm.
